About Islay Woollen Mill Co Ltd:
The Islay Woollen Mill was founded in 1883, and has been under its current ownership since 1983. The family business produces fine woven Tweeds for shooting estates, Savile Row and other international tailors and the film industry.
We have a wide range of craft goods and country clothing, rare breed sheepskin rugs, woollen garments and tweed hats and leather bags.
Summer opening hours are 10 am to 5 pm Mondays to Fridays and until 4 pm on Saturday, Sunday closed.
Winter opening hours (January – March) are as follows: Monday to Friday 10 am – 4 pm, Saturday 10 am – 3 pm and Sunday closed.
