Coullabus Beag self-catering bungalow was built in 2011 and is disability friendly, with ensuite wet room and wide spacious rooms. There is a second house bathroom and fully equipped kitchen leading into the large dining and living room, which has a feature high barn ceiling, reminiscent of the old stable which once stood on the same spot.
The garden is fully enclosed and has a patio accessible from both lounge and main bedroom, overlooking the flats of Gruinart and RSPB reserve. We have highchair and cot available for young families and we are happy to accept dogs too.
Sleeping four persons, the bungalow is fully equipped with all essentials to make your holiday relaxing and stress free. It benefits from eco – air source, underfloor heating and is fully double glazed. There is also a wood burning stove with free supply of wood for the inclement evening when you may wish to relax with a dram from our Nine local, World Famous Distilleries There is wifi service and a freeview tv box but limited mobile phone coverage- so you can get away from the office if required!.
Views from the lounge windows encompass the RSPB reserve at Loch Gruinart and over eighty species of bird have been logged recently. Our resident Barn Owls , Bats and Choughs will complement the chorus of corncrakes, snipe and curlew to name a few.
