Mindfulness is the idea of learning how to be fully present, with an awareness of your thoughts and feelings, without distraction or judgement. Take time out from everyday worries and join us for a relaxing walk around Loch Gruinart nature reserve. This is your opportunity to slow down, calm your mind and deepen your relationship with the natural world. Meet at 10am at our Visitor Centre, no booking required. This free event will last approximately 1 hour and a half. The walk and mindfulness exercises will be taking place outside so please dress appropriately for the weather.
